Deaton Leads Markey Among Independent Voters in Latest UNH Poll
BOSTON, MA — New University of New Hampshire polling shows Senate candidate John Deaton leading incumbent Senator Ed Markey among independent voters, a key indicator of his growing appeal in the Commonwealth.
“Independents are rejecting the status quo and looking for an independent-minded leader who will put Massachusetts first,” said John Deaton, Massachusetts candidate for US Senate. “This poll shows momentum is building as voters recognize that real change requires new voices and accountability, not more of the same from Washington insiders.”
